At intervention yesterday for Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn", his preliminary hearing for January 28 was vacated at defense request. Setting of preliminary hearing is on 2/11.
Hedrick is charged with one count of vandalism with damages totaling $3,875.
Mr. William Stein is Hedrick's attorney. Mr. Patrik Griego appeared in court for him, again, yesterday.
