The California Highway Patrol has recently been made aware of a video posted to Facebook that appears to show a vehicle weaving across both lanes, at high speed, on a wet road. An officer has been assigned to investigate this incident and is working to verify the video’s authenticity and to identify the driver. Whether the driver was impaired, distracted, or intentionally driving in the manner observed in the video, it could have resulted in a collision causing serious injury or death.
