Rita's son Robert Fregoso stalks me at the Courthouse

Robert Fregoso had nothing but kind words for me when I contacted him and did a post on Rita's liquor license. I saved that messenger exchange.

With the recent post on his arrest and pending criminal charges, Fregoso seems to be losing it. He has arraignment scheduled this afternoon.

I had to block him from contacting me but that did not stop Fregoso.

First, he followed me into the bathroom and physically blocked me from leaving. Then he followed me out on the second floor stalking me, despite my repeated requests to tell him to leave me alone. The scene he created was witnessed by people who backed me up with law enforcement. I had to leave the second floor instead of checking on court cases. He also made some verbal intimidation threats.

I contacted HCSO and have filed a report. His photo and name has been shared with bailiffs and law enforcement, in case he decides to repeat his morning's performance.

Amazing how someone who violated parole and is facing criminal charges thinks he can bully me for stating facts.

Fregoso has arraignment this afternoon which I will cover. Between now and then he and if he has an attorney can ponder on the legal consequences if he does not leave me alone and interferes further with me doing my job.
