Efren Alan Aragundi was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for criminal threats.
He was arrested in March was arrested for PC 422 criminal threats, HS11364 (a) possession of drug paraphernalia, PC 1203.2(a) (2) probation violation and Eureka Municipal Code 131.30 trespassing.
He has prior arrests and keeps being released from custody. Humboldt Judges need to start sentencing repeat offenders to jail and prison time instead of letting them back on the streets.
