Efren Allan Aragundi was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for PC 422 criminal threats, HS11364 (a) possession of drug paraphernalia, PC 1203.2(a) (2) probation violation and Eureka Municipal Code 131.30 trespassing.
He has prior arrests and keeps being released from custody.
