Demmeri Carr who charged with a hit and run by EPD. She was arraigned this afternoon on one count of VC2001 (b) (1) which is a hit and run.
She has retained Ms. Christina Allbright. Carr has no record and was allowed to remain on OR by Judge Lawrence Killoran.
Preliminary hearing is on August 11.
I have a Facebook photo and some information which matches what my source told me. Carr does know Terry Long. He is a EPD volunteer. Long and Carr do seem to know some well respected locals including people at EPD. Long is a trustee at the Eureka Elks.

I can't tell from the limited Facebook information if Long and Carr have a relationship and while this source has provided me other information, that is something I cannot independently verify, yet.
The relationship between Carr and Long has been alluded in anonymous comments online.
Both my source and those anonymous commenters are inaccurate information. Long is not an EPD officer.
I had previously requested a booking photo but EPD did not have "due to various factors."
