Trial confirmation for Albert Kress had been continued to October 22. On October 23, at trial assignment, the jury trial for October 26 was continued by the Court because there is no courtroom available.
Deputy District attorney Trent Timm appeared on the case for the People. Public Defender Marek Reavis is Kress' attorney.
11/5 for trial confirmation and 12/7 for jury trial.
