"We are operating under the constraints of the coronavirus"

Wayne Graham, the man with 37 cases in the local court system had one case dismissed today but Judge Lawrence Killoran's ruled that the special allegation that Graham had prior felony convictions was true.

On January 23, a jury found Graham guilty of 245 (a) (1), assault with a deadly weapon.

His current attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton was appointed in March and he was able to postpone the sentencing  to April 20.

Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler objected to the continuance saying it has been two and half to three months since Graham was found guilty.

Mr. Clanton asked Graham be evaluated but the doctor who did the evaluation is sick and no report has been received.

"We are operating under the constraints of the coronavirus," said Judge Killoran.
