CDC considering proposal that would allow people under self isolation to return to work under certain conditions

The Centers for Disease Control is  considering a proposal that people who are in self isolation can return to work if they are asymptomatic test their temperature twice a day and wear a face mask.

The draft has not been finalized and the announcement by the White House could be as early as today. All media reports on this proposal are based on an anonymous source.

The new policy is aimed in particular at workers in critical jobs. But also what the Trump administration  calls a "stabilization" in infection rates and aimed at rolling back some of the restrictive social distancing guidelines and restarting the nation's stalled economy.
