His arrest made headlines; will the case resolve before preliminary hearing?


Preliminary hearing was scheduled on January 7 for convicted felon Robert Cullen. There have beentwo continuances since that date.

Talks about a possible resolution are being discussed, according to Mr. Michael Acosta, Cullen's attorney. Deputy District Attorney A.J. Kamada is the prosecutor for the case.

Intervention was rescheduled for February 10 and on that date intervention was continued by stipulation to February 19. Another intervention is scheduled for a "special set" on 2/24. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 25.
