While waiting outside for Courtroom Two to open for interventions, after local attorney Michael Acosta stopped by, Mr. Russ Clanton mentioned to reporters that another local attorney had been arrested. He said it is not a criminal attorney but a civil attorney. That attorney had just called Mr.Clanton. No name and no arresting agency and I did some follow up today.
