Setting of preliminary hearing was scheduled today for "Stayn" aka Nicholas Hedrick. Additional discovery in form of a CD was provided to defense by Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler.
Mr. William Stein was listed as Hedrick's attorney but it was local attorney Mr. Patrik Griego making the court appearances. Today, it was clarified in court that Mr. Griego is Hedrick's attorney.
"There have been some discussions regarding resolution but we are not there yet," Mr. Hasler told Judge Lawrence Killoran.
Intervention is on March 17. Preliminary hearing is on March 24.
