Kim Bergel received support from an unexpected ally. Former Councilmember Chet Albin told me that if he was in town, he would have attended today's hearing and supported her regarding her restraining order request against Cornelius Lowenstein.
"I dont agree with Kim politically on most issues but I have had my own experiences with Cornelius Lowenstein and this is not freedom of speech. It's plain old harassment and intimidation."
