June jury trial scheduled for sexually violent predator

Trial setting was scheduled this morning for sexually violent predator Scott Eden who was convicted of spousal rape.



Pre trial was scheduled for May 11; trial confirmation is on June 1 and jury trial is scheduled for June 15.

A mistrial was declared in January.
