Jack Daniels has 25 cases listed in the Humboldt Superior Court system. On calendar for Courtroom 5, there are 7 cases listed with charges ranging from DUI, robbery, felon in possession of a firearm and include both felonies and misdemeanors. Jury selection is currently going on for the alleged home invasion robbery case. The other cases are "trailing."
Deputy District Attorney Tobias Hasler is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Daniel's attorney.
