Another hearing for convicted sex offender Michael Franco with the same line

Alleged molestor and convicted sex offender Michael Franco had trial confirmation scheduled on February 13. Another trial confirmation was scheduled for February 20.



Jury trial is scheduled for February 24.  Franco has a prior conviction for lewd and lascivious act with a minor.

At the last hearing, defense made an offer to resolve the case for 22 years in prison. At the last few  hearing, Mr. Russ Clanton says the same thing;  talks about resolution are ongoing.
