The Humboldt County SWAP program was honored today at the Humboldt Botanical Gardens volunteer luncheon. The Humboldt County Sheriff's Office has partnered with the Humboldt Botanical Gardens for 27 years. Last year inmates put in 1000 hours of work to maintain the gardens. Sheriff William Honsal thanked Lt. Jason Benge and Sgt. Hammer for the leadership of the SWAP program.
