Today, the jury in the David Kobak case was to start deliberations at 10 a.m. One juror was late; she arrived at 10:15. They left for lunch at noon; came back at 1 p.m. There was a note from the jury at 1:18 p.m. Once again, they left at 4:15 p.m. and will return at 9 a.m.
The note is being heard in Courtroom Six. Attorneys were in there briefly. When there is a verdict, it should be in Courtroom 1.
Jury deliberated for an hour on Thursday and a full day Friday and Monday.
