"During the winter months the Del Norte Pier Dog Park can get a little muddy. EPD Park Ranger Dennis Gagnon contacted Trees, LLC and secured a generous donation of wood chips. Ranger Gagnon then worked with volunteers from a regular Saturday dog group to help spread the chips across the park.

When I lived in Old Town, I have seen Ranger Gagnon do many things for the community and for those down and out.
