Court records indicate both setting for Catherine Fode's case and sentencing was vacated. Even Judge Christopher Wilson said he was a bit confused. Today, Fode's attorney, Mr. Neal Sanders said it was set for setting of sentencing, however Fode's sentencing is pending the outcome of other cases.
Since Mr. Sanders has applied for release pending sentencing, the matter was continued to 3/4. With the the new court system, dates get changed without a hearing and the last court minutes remain the same. This has happened more than once. Court admin is working on these "glitches"
