On a day that should have been about Bob Beland and family, Eric Bergel decided to create a scene and focus on himself

I did not have to be at the Courthouse today.  I came exclusively for Ryder Stapp's sentencing. It is a very difficult day for Bob Beland and Elizabeth Martin's  family, friends and the community.

The Beland- Martin family and friends represent what is good about Humboldt. Despite devastating tragedy and loss, once again today, they showed what a strong, caring family they are and how some in the community are an irreplaceable asset.

Even the attorneys in court and those of us in the audience were emotionally affected by the victim impact statements.

Before court, I was checking on the Kim Bergel/Cornelius Lowenstein hearing scheduled for Thursday and talking with court staff when Eric Bergel interrupted my conversation. Bergel is Dylan Beland's employer.

If Eric Bergel actually gave a damn about the Beland-Martin family, he would not have created a scene outside court today, minutes before an emotional sentencing.

Twice, I told him to leave me alone but the concept of boundaries and listening is  lost on bully Eric Bergel.

Like Robert Fregoso, Kody Marcelli, Eric Bergel is a product of Humboldt "generational privlege". These spoiled, selfish, self centered, immature brats are not used to hearing no. Money does not equal class.

Unlike them and the people who have all day to gossip, create drama and be online;  I don't have time to waste.

Yesterday was a long day, today will be another long day and it has been that way for six years. I cover cases from start to finish and am there for countless people helping them. I do this every day without adequate compensation, at a risk to my health and despite baseless attacks by the toxic and corrupt people in Humboldt who are in denial and can't handle truth.  I don't owe anything to people who dont pay for my time,  are not my regular readers and are only interested in intimidating me and distracting me from being a voice for real victims.

No one has a right to interrupt me while working, force me to talk to them, stalk me at the Courthouse.
