Subject detained, EPD officers investigating incident in Eureka City Hall parking lot

Two EPD police officers were called to investigate a report involving suspicious activity and are investigating. They are searching the white car and the bicycle belongs to a subject detained.

EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell told me, " A caller said two males were checking door handles in the area.  One was located.  The male was detained, searched, and sent on his way. "
