I contacted District Attorney Maggie Fleming to ask her why charges had not been filed against Sherae O'Shaughnessy for her October arrest and if charges would be filed for her December arrest for the same charge.
"We file cases when we have admissible evidence that we believe support charges beyond a reasonable doubt; we did not have that after her prior arrest," responded Ms. Fleming. "As a result of her more recent arrest, she will be arraigned tomorrow on one charge of battery committed against a spouse."
Alleged victim in the complaint for the December arrest is Mark Ryan Bacerra.
