Intervention was continued to this afternoon for vehicular manslaughter and DUI suspect Ryder Stapp. Preliminary hearing scheduled for January 31 "remains set."
After six years, I know "remains set" does not mean it is a definite go. It means we are still talking, we could resolve the case that morning or it could proceed.
Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Neal Sanders is Stapp's attorney.
