Trial confirmation was scheduled for frequent offender Eric Harmon's most recent arrest on January 15, it was continued by stipulation to January 22. Jury trial scheduled for January 27 was confirmed.
People have made an offer to resolve this case if Harmon stipulates to two years with all custody credits to be put towards his older cases.
