David Kobak case loses one juror and the trial has not even started

Opening statements in murder suspect David Kobak's case will start after initial jury instructions are given at 9 a.m. on January 21.



Four men and 8 women were sworn in yesterday as jurors. Alternate selection started at 1:30 and three women were picked  by 2:45 p.m. When the courtroom opened at 3 p.m.,there was a note and Juror #2 was excused for cause. An alternate took her place.
