Convicted sex offender, violated parole twice in less than a year, released from custody

Convicted and transient sex offender Benjamin Johnston spent five days in custody and was released back on parole.

Johnston has violated parole twice; in June 2019 and was arrested for the same charge on January 11, 2020.
