Trial setting was scheduled for assault suspect Clayton Lasinski this morning. Pre trial and trial setting is scheduled for February 20. Jury trial is scheduled for June 1.
Deputy Conflict Counsel R. J. Leohner mentioned outstanding discovery. Judge Christopher Wilson told him to file a written motion. Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm and Mr. Leohner believe the case may resolve at the next court hearing.
