Sentencing for twice convicted sex offender Justin Strauhal was continued for the third time today to September 19. Supplemental credit calculation requested as well as credits from time in Oregon.
Strauhal entered a plea on May 10 for a 16 year prison sentence. Strauhal waived his right to appeal.
Strauhal's attorney is Deputy Public Defender David Celli. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads was in court for the People.
