Once again, Jacquelyn Bradley is a no show
Once again, Jacquelyn Bradley was a no show for court today. Her attorney texted her; no response. Still MIA at 10 a.m. , Judge Christopher Wilson issued a no cite and release, three bench warrants and her bail bond in the burglary case was forfeited.
The bail in that case was $100,000.Judge Wilson raised it to $120,000. In another case, the bench warrant was $5,000 and in the third case $15,000.
Preliminary hearing was scheduled for one of Bradley's cases on September 26. She has two cases from 2019 and one from 2018.
Bradley now has two bench warrants issued in both her 2019 cases.
For the case on this morning, Bradley is charged with burglary. Bradley allegedly broke into an EPD officer's house, couple hours after being released from jail. She was booked on a bench warrant in the other case earlier that morning.
Bradley's attorney is Ms. Andrea Sullivan. Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta was in court for the People.
