Alicia Rose is 35 years old. She was arrested last night on an arrest warrant issued by Judge Marilyn Miles for failure to respond to a subpoena. She was booked for that charge as well as PC 4573.6,bringing drugs into jail and PC 11350 (a),possession ofa controlled substance. No bail.
If you have been following this case regularly on this blog, you know that there is a family law case and a restraining order filed by Brian Leiteritz against Rose which was granted.
One of the reasons Rose is supposedly mad at Leiteritz is that she found him in bed with another woman.
