Joshua Padilla arrested by CHP for attempted murder, assault, criminal threats, false imprisonment, domestic violence and damaging a communication device

Joshua Padilla was arrested by CHP yesterday for PC 664/187(a) attempted murder, PC 273.5(a) domestic violence, PC 245(a)(1) assault with a deadly weapon, PC 422(a) criminal threats, PC 236 false imprisonment, and PC 591.5 damaging a communication device to prevent someone from calling law enforcement or getting help.

I have contacted CHP PIO for more information but it is the weekend.
