Jacob Erin Roberts was arrested by Fortuna Police Department yesterday on a warrant for two counts of PC 311.1(a) possession of child pornography. Bail at booking is $55,000 according to jail staff.
He has a 2020 conviction for the same charge. Roberts was arraigned on 12/6; Conflict Counsel's office was appointed. According to court minutes, Judge Lawrence Killoran set bail at $25,000. Preliminary hearing is on December 18.
