Trevor Bohn arrested for DUI and released on O.R.

39 year old Trevor Glen Bohn was arrested shortly after midnight today by Fortuna Police Department for VC 23152 (a) DUI and VC24152 (b) both as misdemeanors. He was released on O.R. Since he was booked after midnight, his name isn't on the jail release log. The next day, the jail his name appeared on the jail log.

Even if he is charged, these are misdemeanors, will resolve in early resolution with fines, maybe enrollment in some program. Bohn has five previous cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.

Poppa Rex is not going to be thrilled with the officer who arrested him. Knowing how the good ole boys operate, Rex won't call, but has one of his proxies or sycophants reached out to have a chat with Fortuna Police Chief Casey Day yet? The Fortuna police officer should be commended for doing his job.

I didnt have my blog last time Trev was arrested, but this time, lets see if he is charged by the District Attorney's office and if he gets treated differently.

Has a lawyer/friend of Rexy or the good ole boys reached out to DA Stacey Eads "informally" yet to see if this can be resolved before charging. Yes, that does happen and has with the previous DA administrations. That does not mean the person won't be charged by the DA. In one specific case, that person was charged but that was under former DA Maggie Fleming's administration.

Of course, no other local media has reported on this arrest just as they don't report on arrests or court cases involving the McBeths, the Littlefields or any other good ole boys but they do selectively publish arrests & mugshots of your average Joe and Jane.

Even if they do report on this arrest or if and when there is a court case hours and days later, it is because they were called out and they will do the usual sloppy job. The anon insider trolls will deflect by attacking me or the arrest.

The media that Rexy's buddies, the good ole boys and the County regularly reward with ads wouldnt't want to piss them off, especially with election season coming up. Maybe they could make Rexy happy and do a PR piece of Trev giving away turkey or hams in front of the Rescue Mission or a donation by Trev to another organization with a mea culpa of how not to drink and drive. Would that be with or without the standard Bohn firearm to be raffled off for charity? Trev, maybe another photo op with Caitlyn Jenner?
