The last time I wrote about rancher and property owner Domingo Santos was in a January 2023 post. He is Ray Christie's neighbor on Jackson Ranch Road and Christie bought some of his cattle. I also did a post in September 2020 about a critically injured cow which people thought was Christie's but then were told belonged to Santos and emailed CHP about it but never heard back.
Rancher Domingo Santos owns properties in Eureka and Arcata including apartment buildings. Saw his company, his name on yesterday's court calendar. This was for an ex parte hearing to approve stipulation in a civil unlimited real property case. Karen Mann is a sales associate at Ming Tree Realtors. You can read the documents about her other connections to the Santos family.
Domingo Santos was represented by Ray Christie's lawyer, Mr. Rick Richmond and was relieved in September 2023.
Judge Timothy Canning has been presiding over the case.
