Why does "Santa" have an active warrant from 2021 DUI case?

No wonder he was hesistant for me to use his name but. The warrant was issued on 7/20/21 with the lead charge being a DUI. It is still on the active list. If it has been resolved, the list needs to be updated. 

If not, is it because "Santa's "Facebook friends" and connections includes Rex Bohn, Rollin Trehearne and Michelle Costantine?

After the post,I checked the list on 12/28/23. The warrant list had been updated as of 12/27/23 and Egerer's name was not on the list.
