I have been the only one to report on Trevor Bohn's arrest and DUI case. I was the first one to report on Trevor Bohn's DUI arrest on December 2 for a DUI. The DA has charged him with two counts and a special allegation. Arraignment is on 1/12/24.
Is Poppa Rex paying for Trev to dry out and be enrolled in some fancy alcohol treatment center?
Will this case resolve at or before arraignment? Maybe the other local "media", if they even cover this case, could ask Humboldt Presiding Judge Gregory Kreis who Rex has endorsed, that question. They could just ignore it like they did Kailan Meserve's rape case and Rick Littlefield's five DUIs. Mr. Patrik Griego who is Kreis' lawyer represented Littlefield in 2016 for his 5th DUI case.
In my initial post about his arrest, I wrote,"Even if he is charged, these are misdemeanors, will resolve in early resolution with fines, maybe enrollment in some program. Bohn has five previous cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system."
