"It's imperative that Judge Kreis be removed."

According to LOCO article, Judge Kreis said, "I don't know what the final settlement was..." Again, I took a  screenshot.

Tipster, you or several people who have written to me about Kreis can contact Secretary Of State. Mendocino Judge Ann Moorman who was assigned the Kalin vs Gregory Kreis, Luke Brownfield and Marek Reavis case is on the CA Judicial Council.

They know. Everyone all over California in the legal community, including the Commission on Judicial Performance know. They have done nothing. Judge Moorman was also the one who presided over former court mediator Joe Hale's case.

Judge Moorman is not going to hold a fellow Judge accountable. The CJP needs to release details of their investigation. The CJP and others who are in a position to do something about Kreis are aware of my coverage.

When Kreis was appointed by former Governor Jerry Brown, I was told by someone in the know that his ex wife and her connection to Connie Stewart was what helped. There were members of the bar who spoke up then. Rex Bohn is endorsing him. Fawning Connie Stewart is always there to exalt Humboldt good ole Grand Leader Rex at BOS meeting. 

To protect the identity or any lead of my tipster, I am printing most of the last paragraph in this follow up email which sent only to me.

This excerpt from the tipster is one that many who have had their lives unfairly destroyed by Kreis will relate to:

"It's imperative that Judge Kreis be removed. What is happening in (redacted) is horrific. I don't have enough direct evidence to prove what is happening. They have kept a tight lid on (redacted ) for at least a decade. It's no coincidence the former family law mediator and clerk have been outed as predators. Judge Kreis and his 100 sycophant's are deplorable people. God help anyone who unseats Kreis."

Joe Hale is the former court mediator and I believe the tipster is referring to former Humboldt Superior Court clerk and convicted molestor "Carpathian" aka John Beideman. I am not linking all those posts. Use the search feature on the blog if you are not a regular reader.

Judge Kreis no longer is in family law. Judge Kelly Neel, one of his endorsers is assigned to that court now. His boo, Tanya Ellis (the address where Kreis also lives) is the self help law attorney and family law cases are the bulk of her work. She was Joe Hale's supervisor. Now, she wants to be a Commissioner in Humboldt Superior Court?

Certain family law attorneys who charge the big bucks are Kreis' endorsers. Is that really fair to other Humboldt family law attorneys and the families they represent? Search my blog for Ben Erickson and Kreis as one example of what family law clients went through when Kreis heard their cases. 

Is Kreis being presiding judge and buddies with private criminal defense attorneys and public defenders fair to other defense attorneys and their clients?

Rex and Kreis already control the Courthouse. They are petty and vindictive like most good ole Humboldt boys and locals in denial. I can say this from my own personal experience with both and observations about both for decades and have provided more than ample evidence with court records and facts on both in this blog. All you have to do is look at the way Karen Paz Dominguez and Rory Kalin have been treated for examples of how good ole entrenched Humboldt treats people who speak up.

Instead of reacting to one half baked article on a site that covered one event, you still haven't read the years of coverage on my blog and keep asking questions I have already covered. No other media has responded to your email, have they? They won't and if they do, it will be as half baked as the goofs that covered Kreis' campaign announcement, giving Kreis a chance to spin instead of  asking him tough questions that he should answer.  

The people in this community need to step up and hold Kreis, Rex accountable at the ballot box and vote them out in the next election. Without those hundreds of thousands in salary and their title, let's see how many of their "friends" and "endorsers" stand by them. 

If voters want to hand them more power; that is on them and you who need to stop hiding behind a computer screen except one or two people like me or Ms. Van Dyke to take all the risk while you sit back and suffer no consequences.
