Bruce Smith, a shareholder and former employee sued Premier Financial Group for alleged discrepancies regarding payouts.
On 11/27, Judge Timothy Canning granted Smith's motion to seal records. There is a hearing on 1/8/24 on a motion for attorney fees requested by Smith's current attorney Cyndy Day-Wilson for $42, 900 and she is requesting an $7,700 for Smith's previous attorney Daniel Blomgren. Premier Financial is represented by Mr. Richard Smith.
1/8/24: After arguments, court takes matter under submission.
