Frequent commenter on Lost Coast Outpost's Facebook page and Security National's Tim Callison's wife Patty Sue commented above on LOCO's coverage after their first post on the agenda item below. Hank Sims' promised an update tomorrow. A LOCO commenter did google search and so did I while LOC posted two nothingburgers a not so mysterious deal. Patty, either LOCO ignores you or they don't check their Facebook page just like they don't read press releases or check facts about events they cover. Obviously Patrick Cleary has no standards but the tribes with minority ownership aren't embarassed with the slop LOCO puts out daily? These two posts are s nice distraction from Andrew Goff's goof up about not checking Judge Gregory Kreis' misstatement about a settlement that has yet not been finalized.
While this juvenile fight between "but mah parking lot" good ole boys and City of Eureka drags on with nothing happening in 5 lawsuits, majority of Humboldt is struggling day to day, worried about bills, the roof over their heads.
Same crap, same people, wasting time and money since I moved here 20 years ago and that includes the completely useless lifelong local media who are leftovers and crossovers from Times-Standard, North Coast Journal and LOCO and who have done nothing but inflame and regurgitate the same tired content 99% of Humboldt does not want to read. Hank gotta pay for those fancy cars somehow.
Rexy sure isn't criticizing Hank and Thad for a few years now and they don't do the same coverage on him. Guess some things have changed in the last 20 years.
