Lassen County Judge Tony Mallery is facing disciplinary action and may retire, according to a news article from the California Courts site.
"A confidential source shared the findings of fact and conclusions of law filed on Oct. 16 by both sides in the Commission on Judicial Performance case against Judge Tony R. Mallery. The document filed by commission Trial Counsel Mark A. Lizarraga made several references to the possibility Mallery might agree to retire."
