Olam Americas, Inc sued Humboldt Bay Coffee Company in a lawsuit filed on 2/21/23 for breach of contract; unjust enrichment and breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Humboldt Bay was "continually and substantially" delinquent on monthly payments.
On 11/20, the parties informed Judge Steven Steward the parties had settled, Olam Americas, Inc. is waiting for payment. A dismissal hearing is scheduled for 2/26/24. If that dismissal goes through on that date, this is the fastest I have seen a civil case settle.
