Alderpoint homicide suspect Jake Combs trial confirmation this morning was continued and defense motion was granted. Attorneys stipulated to release of subpoenaed records to DA for copying. Those records were from Humboldt County Correctional Facility and St. Joseph's Hospital.
Trial confirmation was rescheduled for 4/25; jury trial 5/8/23. Continuance after continuance is the reason I have not covered this case since the last post.
The victim Trevor Earley was 25 years old when he was murdered.
4/25: Trial confirmation continued to 5/1.
