Should a justice system that you are employed by, in charge of and a fellow Judge determine whether the serious allegations filed in this lawsuit by a former employee are true or false?

 

Dates are vacated, the ex parte hearings on same dates. Now, former Humboldt Public Defender Rory Kalin's attorney will file a motion to continue.  While thos drags on, as most civil cases do, the difference is that a former Humboldt County Public Defender Marek, current Public DefenderLuke Brownfiled and current Presiding Humboldt Superior Court Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis get paid, get to work and collect their salaries or retirement in Reavis' case.

Would any other defendant keep their job and get paid? Should a justice system that you are employed by, in charge of and a fellow Judge determine whether the serious allegations filed in this lawsuit by a former employee are true or false?

After 19 years in corrupt California, Humboldt and daily, regular and inside knowledge of the Humboldt Superior Court system, I have no faith in this case, if it goes to trial.
