Alleged molestor Miles Neiva took the stand yesterday. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm's cross examination decimated him.
Ms. Timm asked Neiva if he agreed that he had opportunities to molest Jane Doe and Neiva said yes.
Ms.Timm asked if he heard Fortuna Det. Ryan Richardson's testimony about reviewing over 200 porn videos found on Neiva's device; ones that depicted young girls/women dressed to look like young girls and wearing pigtails, braces, child like bedrooms, children's toys. Neiva said he had those videos because that is what sexually interests him.
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Closing arguments are scheduled for January 17. If you read the opening statements, you already have a preview of the closing. I will post the verdict.
