Motion for dismissal in Cudney case filed by DA granted and warrant recalled

 

On January 11, Judge Kelly Neel granted the motion for order and dismissal and recall of warrant in the Gary Cudney case.

As previously reported and confirmed by Cudney's family, Cudney passed away on December 4.
