Convicted felon fails to appear for sentencing twice

On 1/26 Harris's sentencing was continued by Judge Kaleb Cockrum to 1/27. Defense request to continue sentencing to 1/30 in front of Retired Judge Christopher Wilson was denied. People's request to issue a warrant was denied.
