Murder suspect Jason Miller's wanted to represent himself for his jury trial. Trial confirmation and a final decision on his petition for propria persona was continued until today by the Court so Miller could decide if that’s what he really wants.
Miller is still represented by the best criminal defense attorney practicing in multiple Northern California counties and he does not deserve to have Ms. Andrea Sullivan is his court appointed attorney. Miller withdrew his petition and it was granted without prejudice.
There is a hearing on 2/9 on defense's motion to vacate/ set aside information. Trial assignment is on 2/17. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for this case.
