A year later, Little Eagle Moon's preliminary continued again

 

Little Eagle Moon's preliminary scheduled yesterday and a motion for return of property was continued to 1/26 by stipulation. On that date, the motion and setting of preliminary is scheduled.

All that media live coverage, multiple law enforcement presence, chase and over a year later, the preliminary hearing delayed; again.

1/26 : Continued by stipulation to 3/2 for setting of prelim and motion for return of property.

3/2: Setting of prelim + motion for return of property continued to 3/23 by defense. Parole case is trailing.
