Receipt of treatment plan for mental health diversion scheduled on 1/18 for Sean Allman was continued to 3/1.
DHHS rejected treatment plan saying Allman is "in in treatment but needs higher level" of supervision and treatment.
When Retired Judge John Feeney granted the defense petition in November 2022, and found Allman eligible for mental health diversion, Judge Feeney ruled that Allman does not pose an unreasonable risk to the community.
If Allman successfully completes treatment, the criminal charges will be dismissed. The record of the arrest will be sealed for most purposes.
3/1: Defense continuance granted to 4/24.
4/24: Diversion granted. Review hearing 7/24/23; two year final hearing 4/24/25.
